Mary and Eileen Bennett are co-founders of Horses Connect.

HORSES CONNECT design and deliver equine-assisted programs for people to all ages to enhance personal and professional lives, help identify and overcome challenges and promote whole-person wellness. Equine-assisted interactions are therapeutic interventions, accompanied by specific goals and structured activities that involve horses as a catalyst for change in participants. Programs are tailor-made to match the needs and goals of each individual or group.

Most programs are ground-based and do not involve getting onto a horse and no experience of horses is necessary. Others are built around Therapeutic Horse-riding sessions.… a fun, interactive and highly-effective way to work on specific issues, experiences or challenges. Interaction with horses is recognised globally as a powerful and experiential tool that quickly breaks down barriers and changes behavioural patterns.

We work with children, teenagers and adults, individually or in groups.

Mary and Eileen are also  EAGALA certified equine specialists. EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association) is a nonprofit professional organisation with over 4,500 members in 50 countries. EAGALA sets the standard of professional excellence in how horses and people work together to improve the quality of life and mental health of individuals, families and groups worldwide.
